Back To School Swim Party
This year’s event was held on August 20th and many CSB families enjoyed the festivities and help getting ready to return to school. Look for photos from the fun event below AND on our Facebook page!
On the second Thursday night of every month, we offer the parents of children diagnosed with cancer an opportunity to connect with others and receive emotional support not just from other parents, but from a professional counselor as well. Based on age group, our children and their siblings enjoy supervised fun in the nursery or making crafts. Family Nights are at Trinity United Methodist Church from 6:00-8:00.
Held each summer, Camp Victory is a unique summer camp experience designed just for the children served by CSB and their siblings. Camp Victory allows the children to put their day-to-day battle with cancer on hold and enjoy a brief respite and sense of normalcy for a bit as they trade their typical schedule of doctor’s visits for summertime fun.
The three-day camp offers CSB families the opportunity to make memories while uniting with others who share their challenges.
Our most popular event is our annual holiday party at The Marriott in Spartanburg. Santa Claus comes to town and families are truly wrapped in hope, love, and the holiday spirit. Join us December 5 for this very special event!
We also have various outings for our children and families. Examples of past outings are:
- Seeing the Circus in Greenville
- Basketball games
- Burger Cook-Off
- Hub City Holiday show by Spartanburg Philharmonic Orchestra
- And others!
